What does a UL “Listed Central Station” mean to you?
Essentially, it means your alarm monitoring center has credibility. Underwriter's
Laboratory defines a UL "Listed central station" as a common way to refer to an
alarm monitoring facility that has demonstrated the ability to provide Standards
complying service. In the case of monitoring stations, UL requirements cover building
structure, receiving and monitoring equipment, and staffing issues; in addition
to installation and ongoing service. In order to be able to provide Standards complying
service, the building, equipment and staffing requirements have to be met at all

- Supreme's alarm monitoring center is a "Five Diamond Central Station" as designated
by the Central Station Alarm Association (CSAA). This has been awarded since all
of Supreme's Central Station Operators have completed the Central Station Operator
online course, and have further pledged to continue all future certifications through
the CSAA, and have satisfied all of the requirements for the five points of excellence.
