Tom Calabrese – Central Station Manager

With over 20 years of industry experience, Tom is responsible for overseeing all facets of Supreme Security’s Central Station. Under Tom’s direction, all central station procedures and guidelines are closely monitored with an eye towards improving the quality of Supreme’s services. Prior to joining Supreme Security Systems, Tom served as Vice President of Operations at SafetyCare Inc. where he maintained the Standard Operating Procedure for the company and developed long- and short-term developmental plans for the operation. Prior to SafetyCare Inc., Tom was Vice President of Operations Quality Management at Criticom International Corp. In this role, Tom oversaw all aspects of management, operations and administration and interfaced with 7,500 contractors and over 900,000 subscribers. Earlier in his career, Tom served as Operations Manager at AFA Protective Systems. Tom holds a degree in Business Management from New York City Technical College.
